Ray Iglesias is the executive chairman of Ubiquity Global Services. He has deep leadership experience, having previously held key roles in several successful startup organizations. Ray most recently served as the chief financial officer for TxVia, Inc. At TxVia, Ray raised more than $55M in funding from top-tier investors including Oak Investment Partners and Bain Capital before helping to close the sale of TxVia to Google in 2012. He previously co-founded Prepaid Media (2005) and Clarity Payment Solutions (2000), which was sold to S&P 500-listed corporation Total Systems, Inc. in 2004. A graduate of Columbia University’s School of Law, Ray previously worked as an associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf.
Elon co-founded LaunchCapital in January 2008 to help entrepreneurs gain quick access to seed capital and mentorship. With a passion for working with industry disruptors and teams that have a strong business development focus, Elon has been involved in over 200 investments across a wide range of industries and geographies. He holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA in Economics from George Washington University. His prior work experience includes brand management, strategy consulting and finance. Elon lives in Connecticut with his wife, two young daughters and a very shaggy dog.
Matt Nyren is the president and chief executive officer of Ubiquity Global Services. Matt founded Ubiquity in 2012 and served as its president during the company’s first four years of expansion before assuming CEO responsibilities in January 2017. Before starting Ubiquity, he was the senior vice president for managed services at TxVia, a pioneering emerging payments technology company that was acquired by Google in 2012. Previously, Matt established and successfully expanded leading contact center delivery solutions in the United States, Europe, Latin America, India and the Philippines.
Jonathan joined the Ubiquity board of directors in 2014. Jonathan is a recognized leader and a proven, serial entrepreneur with an exceptional track record of creating and managing successful new ventures. Jonathan currently serves as as Venture Partner for Oak HC/FT. Previously, he was the Head of Global Business Development for Google Wallet and Payments. He also co-founded Money2020, the leading event for innovators in emerging payments and financial services and co-founded Shoptalk, the leading event for next generation commerce.
